Key accountabilities:
- Administer and maintain global training content on platforms such as SuccessFactors and OTH
- Ensure timely upload, accuracy, version control, and global accessibility of all training materials
- Provide first-line LMS support, including troubleshooting, issue prioritisation, and escalation to GBSHR where needed
- Deliver onboarding, user training, and ongoing support (hypercare) for new system users
- Act as backup administrator for learning systems
- Train and coach SMEs and Training Custodians on LMS usage and training content standards
- Support SMEs in translating technical knowledge into structured, learner-friendly materials
- Coordinate development of technical and loss-elimination training content with SMEs and factories
- Assist in creation of Skill Matrices, Step-Up Cards, and training modules
- Perform quality checks to ensure consistency and usability of training content before publication
- Maintain digital PDCA processes within IWS frameworks
- Ensure global platforms are fully functional and issues are resolved in a timely manner
Knowledge, skills and experiences:
- Fluency in English
- 3–5 years of industry experience, ideally with exposure to Operational Excellence / Continuous Improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, IWS)
- Strong understanding of Learning Management Systems and digital learning platforms
- Exceptional computer literacy, including MS Teams, SharePoint, and SuccessFactors
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging learning content
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Knowledge of video creation and editing for training purposes
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritise and manage support requests
- Experience in training and development environments
- Experience in production/manufacturing environments
- Hands-on experience administering Learning Management Systems
- Familiarity with IWS (Integrated Work Systems) environments
- Experience supporting digital learning transformation or capability-building initiatives
- Exposure to global stakeholder management and remote support environments
